5 Hour Private Custom Yukon Sign Excursion

Explore "The Last Frontier" on your private custom tour, stopping where and when you want!  Come with me, and let me show you my beautiful, wholesome town and hear about its not so wholesome history going back to the Last Great Gold Rush of 1898.  And the best part of my town is definitely the vast, scenic wilderness that lies just beyond.  In our 5 hours together, we’ll cross the border into Canada's British Columbia, view beautiful glaciers, have a chance to drink from a waterfall, then see tremendous lakes and incredible mountains.

We’ll also be looking for wild animals!  We could possibly see bears, eagles, mountain goats, sheep, caribou, porcupines, marmots or many other animals that call this forest home!  I can’t guarantee any sightings, as they are WILD animals, but it is rather common to spot a few.

Two optional stops in this excursion are the Yukon Suspension Bridge (click here) and the Tutshi Dog Mushing Camp (click here)   Each of these adventures require payments at the location, but are definitely a lot of fun.  We may not have time for both of these, but together we'll create an itinerary and prioritize what is most important to you.  I'll share my experience then make recommendations so we can arrange the day to give you an incredible Alaskan adventure.

And if you have children in your group--they are in for a fun day!  We'll keep them engaged throughout the trip with an interactive Scavenger Hunt and a game of "I Spy".  You might want to add some of the other options that are specifically fun for kids.  This includes activities such as playing with soft, cuddly future Iditarod puppies, taking a ride pulled by 14 well-trained sled dogs, or even crossing 65 feet above the white-water rapids of the Tutshi River on a suspension bridge.  There are also kid-sized treasures to take home that are sure to bring a smile.  We'll plan this together to ensure we have time to include everything that is important to you.  This is your private custom tour and I want it to be a trip your children will always remember!

Along the way, we’ll stop at some incredible view points where you can take memorable photos, including the “Welcome to Alaska" sign and the "Yukon Border" sign.  All of these fun adventures and we'll still have you back by lunch around 12:30.  Let’s explore together!
